This program is for the individual seeking nutritional guidance and a specific, customized meal plan to follow. 

This is a detailed, easy to follow plan, where I work closely with you in helping you reach your nutritional goals with as needed weekly adjustments based off of your weekly body composition and desired results. Meal plans are based off the client’s taste, preferences and lifestyle. 

 

Weekly check-ins will provide you with tips, accountability and support throughout your program, in order to help you continuously make healthy choices! This program also includes a detailed shopping list and supplement suggestion guide, as well as access to the private Facebook support group. It is the perfect program for those seeking the proper fundamentals of clean eating, while learning to make healthiy daily choices in their nutrition, ultimately improving overall physical and mental well being. 

 

This plan can also be combined with a training package at a discounted rate. Pricing for nutrition varies on duration and specificity of what each client needs in terms of their programming. 

 

Options include 4 week through 52 week programming. To see optimal results a minimum of 12 weeks is suggested! 

There will be a $50 consultation fee for both phone consultations and in person consultations. This will be deducted from your first payment when you commit to a program. 

 

What's Included:

Nutrition: Custom nutrition for duration with adjustments as needed. Your nutrition will be detailed and specific to ensure your success! 

Supplements: Supplement guide on which supplements will benefit your specific needs throughout your program. 

I also offer my clients homeopathic & holistic suggestions in terms of supplementation. 

 

Guided Shopping List: A detailed shopping list broken down into each food group for easy shopping.

 

Access to Facebook support group: A support network sharing fitness tips and recipes to help you stay motivated and inspired throughout your programming.

Check-In’s: Via E-mail: photos/video and completed detailed check in form. Weekly check-ins, with adjustments, as needed. 

 

Individualized Macro Based Program: 

This program is for the individual who is already familiar with, or is looking to learn more about tracking macronutrients.

 

If you are someone who has interest in tracking your macros and are looking to set custom macros based off your current goals, this program is for you! With guidance and support, you will learn how to properly build and time your meals based on your specific goals. 

This program includes weekly check-ins along with as needed adjustments, based off your progress for the duration of the program.
