- Sea Salt, Pepper & Onion Powder to taste

 Egg Sammy for Lunch

- 1 Whole Egg plus 2 whites

- 1 Slice Organic Low Sodium Deli Ham

- 1 Slice Land O' Lakes 2% American Cheese

- Sea Salt & Pepper to taste


 Tuna Sandwich Revised

- 1 Can Albacore Tuna in water

- 1 Tbs FF Plain Greek Yogurt

- 1/2 Tbs Guacamole

- 1/2 Tbs Bragg's Liquid Amino's

1/2 Celery Stalk Chopped

- 1/3 C Sunshine Slaw

- Salt & Pepper to taste


 Crunch Clean with Tuna

- 1 Can Albacore Tuna in water

- 1/2 Tbs FF Plain Greek Yogurt

- 1/2 Tbs Trader Joe's Garlic Aioli Mustard

- Few leaves of Baby Spinach & Lettuce

1/2 Slice of Land O' Lakes 2% American Cheese

- Side of Quest Nutrition Cheddar & Sour Cream Chips
