- One Dozen Wild Shrimp

- 1/4 C Organic Tomato

- 1/4 C Cucumber

1/4 Chopped Red Cabbage

Baked Scallops, Veggies & Sweets


- 1/2 Dozen Wild Scallops

- Season with Flavor God - Everything Spicy

- 10 Asparagus Spears Steamed

- 4oz Baked Sweet Potato Chunks (See Recipe)

Preparation for Scallops

- Pre-heat oven 350 and bake for approx 10 minutes or as desired
