Berry Crepe Goodness


- 5 oz Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg

- Dash of Cinnamon & Vanilla Extract

- 1 Low Carb Wrap - I used OLE

- 1 Tbs Low Sugar Strawberry Preserves

- 1 Tbs FF Plain Greek Yogurt - I used FAGE

- 2 Organic Strawberries

Preparation:

- Mix Preserves & Yogurt together

- Scramble Whites and set aside (mix cinnamon & extract in)

- Spray wrap with Olive Oil cooking spray - brown on both sides

- Spread mixture on wrap and add whites

- Top with fresh berries



Healthy French Toast


- 2 Slices of Sarah Lee 45 Calorie Oatmeal Bread

- Egg Whites - 1 Whole Egg

- 1/4 C Coconut Almond Milk

- 3 Organic Strawberries

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 Tsp Cinnamon

- 1 Tbs Organic Maple Syrup

- 1 Tbs Cool Whip Lite


Eggs, Oats & Pumpkin


- 1/2 C Pumpkin Puree

- 1 C Liquid Egg Whites

- 2 C Water

-1/2 C Dried Oats

1 Tbs Cinnamon

- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

- 1/2 Tbs Stevia

- 1/2 Tbs Chopped Walnuts

- 1/2 Tbs Dried Cranberries

- 1/2 Tbs Maple Syrup

Preparation:

- Bring water to a light boil, add in pumpkin and stir until smooth

- Add in oats stir until done

- Add spices and Stevia

- Cook Egg Whites on side and stir in after

- Top with nuts and berries and syrup

Not Your Average Oats


- 1/2 C Dry Oats 

- 1 Scoop Quest Nutrition Protein - Salted Caramel

- 1 tsp Frontier Extracts Butterscotch Flavor

- 1/4 Cup of berries of choice - I used blueberries

Preparation

-Cook oats according to directions

-Stir in protein powder afterwards

-Add extract & top with berries

- 1 Tbs Organic Coconut Oil

- 1 Tsp Cinnamon

- 1/4 C Blueberries

Preparation:

- Prepare Eggs as desired

- Prepare Sweet Potato - I used previously prepped!

- Add fresh Baby Spinach to plate with Egg on top

- Drizzle coconut oil & cinnamon over sweet potato

- Add a side of fresh blueberries or berries of choice!



Breakfast Wrap


- 5oz Liquid Egg Whites 

- 2Tbs Chopped Red Onion

- 1/3 C Chopped Tomato

- 1/4 C Chopped Baby Spinach

- 1 Tbs Goat Cheese

1 Low Carb Tortilla Wrap - I use OLE

- Season Egg Whites - I used Mexican & Garlic

Preparation:

- Cook Whites as an omelette adding ingredients in the middle once omelette is cooked. Fold over let ingredients warm.

- Remove Omelette from pan spray wrap with Olive Oil Spray and brown on each side.

- Wrap Omelette inside wrap.

- 2 Scoops of Natural Lemon Stack'd Pancake Mix -made according to package - you will need egg whites & water!

- 1tsp Frontier Extracts Lemon Extract

- 1/4C Blueberries

Preparation:

- Prepare Waffle Iron with non-stick cooking spray

- Prepare batter according to package adding blueberries & lemon extract

- Pour batter into waffle maker & cook!

- Drizzle with 1Tbs of Organic Maple Syrup & add a healthy fat such a coconut oil over top!
